Shipping and Delivery • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays). • Orders placed outside business hours or on public holidays will be processed the next business day. • You must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the address provided. If no one is available, we may attempt re-delivery at your cost or cancel the order without refund. • Please inspect your produce at the time of delivery. If there are any concerns about quality or condition, you must note it immediately with the delivery driver and notify us within 2 hours of receipt by email (see Section 9: Contact). 3. Fresh Produce Policy • Due to the perishable nature of fruits, vegetables, and herbs, returns are not generally accepted once produce has been delivered and accepted. • If produce arrives damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unsatisfactory, you must report the issue within 2 hours of delivery with photos and order details. • If a product is unavailable, we may substitute with a comparable item of equal or greater value at no extra cost. If no substitution is possible, a refund will be issued. 4. Refunds and Cancellations Refunds will only be issued in the following cases: • The item ordered is unavailable and no suitable substitute can be provided. • The product was lost or not delivered by our courier. • The product arrived in unacceptable condition (e.g., spoiled, damaged, or otherwise unfit for consumption) and reported within the required timeframe. • An incorrect amount was charged. Cancellations: • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been prepared for delivery. • Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5–10 business days. Timing of funds appearing will depend on your payment provider. 5. Customer Responsibilities By placing an order, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses or missing details. • Handle produce properly once delivered.
